We are a small, senior team of messaging engineers and product folks. We spent years watching OTPs fail at the worst possible moments — during checkouts, bank logins, hospital sign-ins. So we built the platform we always wished existed.
Our story
Started in a co-working space. Now routing on four continents.
OTP SMS began in 2019 as a side project between two engineers who had been on-call for one too many failed authentication launches. The first version was a hundred lines of Python and a stack of SIM cards. Today we run a fully redundant global routing engine — but the obsession with delivery hasn't changed.
What we believe
- Direct routes only. No hidden reseller chains between you and the carrier.
- Honest pricing. One price per country. No surprise "premium" surcharges.
- Humans on support. The person answering your ticket can actually read a carrier log.
- Compliance is table stakes. DLT, GDPR, opt-out — handled by default.
