Specify basic agent characteristics and visual assets.

Bot Type (Domestic / International) *The bot will be classified after it is submitted for verification.

Bot Message Type *

Bot Name *Chatbot name users will see in the Messages app.

Brand Name *Brand associated with the bot.

Industry Type *

Brand Theme Colour (hex) *Contrast ratio ≥ 4.5:1 relative to white.

Bot Logo URL / Reference *224×224 px, JPG/JPEG/PNG, max 90kb. White borders recommended (RCS crops to circle).

Banner Image URL / Reference *1440×448 px, JPG/JPEG/PNG, max 360kb. Logo overlays bottom-centre.

Short Description *Max 100 characters.

Brand Communication Details & Verification Links

Publicly available customer support links and terms policy.

Primary Telephone Number *e.g. +91…. Up to 3 numbers can be associated.

Primary Phone Label *Recommended: Support Contact Number.

Primary Email ID (Support) *Recommended support email. Max 128 chars.

Primary Website Link *Max 256 chars. Up to 3 websites can be added.

Terms & Conditions secure URL *

Must belong strictly to the registered domain — generic public emails are blocked.

Describe user consent and reply mechanics.

How do you obtain Opt-in to message users? *Provide website/app links, form copy, or SMS opt-in process details.

What clear actions trigger messages? *First message timing, user-action triggers, or external triggers (e.g. delivery).

What message does the bot send when a user triggers 'STOP'? *Must confirm opt-out on 'STOP' and equivalents in supported languages.
